  • Project Management
    About The Job Manage the scope of works are delivered as agreed unless changes are approved through scope management. Identify, track, manage and resolve projects issues. Liaise with the development team to ensure requirements are met. Ensure the development team meets the set deadlines. Manage stakeholders in the assigned projects and to ensure they are kept up to date on progress against plans and that any issues are communicated effectively. Job Requirements Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent. Minimum 3-4 years experience in the capacity as a Project Manager. Good understanding of development lifecycle. Good organization and negotiation skills. Ability to quickly grasp complex business and system processes. Relevant working experience and exposure in financial industry will be an added advantage. Malaysian citizen only.
  • Customer Service
    About The Job Serve and process customers who have put in a request into our system, or who have registered interest over all inbound channels. Call-back and follow-up with customers whose requests are unclear Call customers to gather feedback on service professionals' performance Job Requirements Must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in any field Must possess at least 1 year of working experience in call centre/ customer service/ front desk experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel and detail-oriented Customer oriented and pleasant personality Strong oral and written communication with good interpersonal skills Team player and able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision Malaysian citizen only, preferably based in Kuching, Sarawak
